Brothel Simulator

I came into (that’s what she said!) Brothel Simulator expecting one kind of game, but I ended up getting something else entirely. I feel that the simulator part of the name here is a bit misleading as it feels more like a matching puzzle game than anything else. I actually think the name is why this game has a bit of a mixed reception. Many people came into this thinking they were going to be running a brothel on a hands on basis, but that is not the case, it is far more simplified than the simulator tag implies.

Making All That Green

As you have already figured out, Brothel Simulator is a game where you run a brothel. There is not actually a story in the game. Instead, we are tasked with making as much money as we can, having our patrons be happy and the ultimate goal in the game is to unlock all of the sex scenes that are on offer. I think a little bit more story for each girl would have gone a long way to making this more entertaining.

Keeping The Johns Happy

Does anyone actually know why dudes that hire a lady for a little bit of fun are referred to as a John? Anyway, Brothel Simulator will see dudes come to your place of business to find a lady to have a good time with. The men who come here all have their own various things that they like and it is up to you to match the right girl to them so they pay, leave happy, and want to come back. The main gameplay here is like a matching game, you drag the appropriate card for a certain girl to the right guy and then they do their thing. If you do not have a girl that the guy likes, they may leave without paying.

Training Your Ho’s!

As well as matching the right girl to the right guy, Brothel Simulator does have a bit more on the gameplay front. You can also train your girls in various fetishes so that the chances of having girls that men want is higher. I had a few times when I had two guys at the same time want the same kind of service, but only had one girl that could do it, so one guy left and never came back. I still think that calling this a simulation is a bit of a stretch, but this does add a bit more to the gameplay.

A Clash Of Styles

The sex scenes in Brothel Simulator are fantastic and the real star of this show. If there was anything that kept me playing it was the chance at unlocking another awesome sex scene for the gallery. They are animated and I love the overall design of the ladies. Now, the actual gameplay part of this is a bit of a mixed bag. Things here are very basic, kind of like an early version of The Sims if I am being honest. It is not straight up bad, but I feel this part of the game, especially when this is what you are looking at most of the time, could have done with a bit more time spent on it.

Pros:

• The sex scenes in this game are amazing
• It is honestly worth playing for the sex scenes alone
• I like the idea of matching the right girl to the right client
• It is a very easy game to get into and has a kind of chill out vibe about it

Cons:

• The gameplay is very shallow for a game with simulator in the title
• Once you have seen all the sex scenes there is nothing really holding your interest
