Banking on Bella

From what I understand Banking on Bella is the first lewd game from this developer and I can say that they have started their career with a bang! I went into this if I am being honest, not expecting a great deal, but I had a ton of fun with this and think that it is a very well made lewd visual novel and a game that is well worth checking out. As I write this, the game is still being worked on and a new chapter is coming, but there is still plenty of content here to get invested in.

Welcome To Lake City

In some ways, I would have to say that I think Banking on Bella is best described as a slice of life kind of story, all be it with a lot more XXX stuff. Our MC that we play as has just finished college and has moved to Lake City. The story is basically about him finding his way in life, we start out at his very first day at his new job which is with a local bank. I think the setup is pretty good and you come across some interesting, unique, and even quirky and weird characters.

Living The Right Kind Of Life

One of the things that I found most interesting about Banking on Bella is that the story can go in many directions. I will be honest and say that I have only played the game once so far, but the choices I have made seem to be making our MC be a bit of a goof and someone who is trying to be a nicer guy and actually find love. However, from what I have heard from someone else that has played this game, the story can get rather dark if you pick certain choices, hearing that certainly makes me want to play through this again and give it another try.

Some Hot, Some Not!

The visuals of Banking on Bella are a bit of a mixed bag. There are some character renders that I think are fantastic and very sexy, but there are a few (the dudes mainly) that are straight up off putting and weird looking. There is a decent amount of lewd content in the game, but it has one of the most graphic “internal” camera shots that I have ever seen, who the hell actually wants to see this? Apart from that, I like the realistic look that the developer has gone for with this world, it really adds to the whole slice of life thing that this world has going on.

Living The Live I Was Born To Live

With Banking on Bella being the first game from this developer, I think that for the most part, they have done right by the lewd novel/sandbox game genre. Money makes the world go around and you need to it live your life the way you want, but more than anything, it is the different choices you make as you progress through the game that will dictate the path you end up on. I will say that the UI is a bit clunky and out of date and I hope they modernize it a bit when they next update the game.

Pros:

• I liked the slice of life kind of vibe the story had
• You can play the MC in different ways
• Some of the characters are interesting to get to know
• A few of the character renders are pretty damn hot!

Cons:

• The UI is a bit clunky to navigate
• That internal camera is just gross!
