If you are looking for a game that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and focuses largely on the amount of utter bedlam a person can unleash on a city, this may be the game for you to try out. Gameplay

Story

There isn’t a tremendous amount of story beyond ‘defeat LEGION,’ but that can be good depending on your opinion. This is certainly not a game that gets bogged down by overcomplicated plot.
