Blood

Blood is the first major release from Monolith Productions, a small development house located in Kirkland, Washington.

Rage of Mages 2: Necromancer

The plot is basically a simple rehash of the standard “great evil threatens land, single hero saves everyone” that many fantasy games (and novels) seem to throw up too often.

Condemned: Criminal Origins

Horror is one of my fascinations, and a good scary film is usually the perfect combination of creepy and strange to suit my mood.

Gruntz

As I said, the puzzles are quite complex -- tough enough to keep players on their toes. They are also extremely inflexible.

Odium

All of these things came to the Polish town of Korov, early in February of 2009. People died, the city was in chaos, and there were reports of hideous monsters everywhere.

No One Lives Forever

It is not that I found this game particularly bad; it just felt too routine for my tastes.

Shogo: Mobile Armor Division

It seems like every time I turn around a new first-person shooter is hitting the shelves, and it’s getting hard to tell many of them apart.
